Flowers, Lace & Bobbles OH MY!
This pattern is a one size fits all. it is a large circular shawl that can be used in many ways. The unique design and texture will add a wonderful compliment to any wardrobe.
The shawl is worked from the inside out using the Emily Ochers Circular Beginnings cast on. And ends with a sideways edging that you bind of stitches as you go.
I liked using my square needles to work the flowers in the one section. It is a personal preference but it me it made it easier to complete.
I also prefer to use yarn that is on a cone for a large piece like this. I used cotton 8/4, approximately 425 grams. I like the cones so that I don’t have to worry about joining in a new ball of yarn, especially since there is not a good place to do it. I used white cotton and dyed it before blocking it.
I am available for any questions or help while you knit this pattern.
