I made my crochet holder for the flowers’ pot with sizes:
height ↠ 2.5 inches / 6.2 cm
diameter ↠ 2.75 inches / 6.8 cm
You can make this holder for the pots with different sizes, of course. Just made the size of the detail that will fit your flowers’ pot.

↠ sport weight wool yarn (Yarn Art Charisma, Alize Lanagold Classic);
↠ crochet hook 3.5 mm;
↠ fiberfill for stuffing;
↠ flowers’ pot;
↠ black felt;
↠ yarn needle, scissors, glue.
