This is a PDF pattern with step-by-step instructions (with pictures) detailing how to make the toy set, the pattern is in American crochet terms. The files will be available immediately after purchase, including instructions for the 6 bugs, 9 flowers, and a play-mat (that turns into a draw string bag to hold the flower petals and bugs). Two PDF styles will be made available, one with pictures and one without pictures to make it more printer friendly.

I had a lot of fun creating this toy and hope you do too!

Materials:
~ Yarn: This pattern will work with all yarn weights as long as they are uniform among colors, I used a worsted weight with a 4.5mm hook. Colors are flexible, I used Yellow, Purple, Blue, Camel, Green, and Black.
~ Hook (size to fit yarn weight)
~ Stuffing
~ Tapestry needle for sewing pieces together
~ 6 sets of plastic safety eyes (I used 5 sets of 8mm and 1 set of 10mm)

Stitches used:
~ Slip Stitch, Single Crochet, Double Crochet, Half Double Crochet, and Treble Crochet

Dimensions (for my yarn weight and hook size, a larger yarn will make a larger toy):
~ Play-mat with a 14-inch diameter
~ Flower face diameters between 6 and 3 inches
~ Flower stems around 11 inches tall
~ Flower vases between 7 and 3.5 inches tall
~ Bugs between 3 and 4 inches
