This gorgeous shawl is easy and works up fast. We will use single and double crochets and chains to make it. The pattern has a lacy part and a mesh part. Add fringes to give a nice boho look. The width and length are both adjustable. Make it in your favorite color! You can wear this crochet shawl with pockets over a sweater or cardigan in winter, you will not need gloves because pockets keep your hands warm! Wear this as a wrap in the gardens.

Material:
Yarn: Any dk/ light weight or weight 3 yarn of your choice can be used.
Suggested yarn: James C Brett Top Value Double Knitting
Yardage: 290 m/ 317 yards in 100g of yarn. Each skein has 100 g.
Material: 100% acrylic
Shade: 8422
Amount needed:
For shawl only: 919 (951, 1210) yards or 4 (4, 5) skeins
For pocket: 42 g/ 133 yards (½ skein)
Crochet hook: 5 mm or an H size hook. (I have used a slightly larger hook than suggested as the pattern looks nicer)
Notions: stitch markers, tapestry needle, scissors, measuring tape, pins/ stitch markers (to attach pocket)

The pattern is written in US crochet terms in ENGLISH. This is a 15 page PDF pattern. A print friendly version is available. It has written instructions for the crochet pattern and detailed pattern row by row notes with pictures. It does not include finished product. It can be made in any similar yarn suitable for your hook. There is a YouTube tutorial that explains in detail and I have linked it.
