Material:
~ US size F (3.75 MM) hook
~ Scissors
~ Tapestry Needle
~ Polyfill
~ Fabric Glue
~ Nap Riser Brush (a wire brush will work)
~ 1.5 Square Inch (4 cm sq) of Each White, Black, and Teal Felt
~ 1 Skein Pink Yarn (I used baby yarn, but normal Red Heart brand would work)
~ 2 Square Centimeter of Red Felt
~ 1 Bottle of Black Puffy Paint (3D Fabric Paint)
