About the design
The FAB jumper is an oversized sweater worked from the top down in one-color brioche stitch. Thanks to its raglan construction, it’s knitted in one piece. First, the yoke is worked flat with raglan increases and increases towards the front, after which the work is joined in the round. Once you’ve finished the raglan increases on the yoke, the sleeve stitches are placed on stitch holders to rest while the body is finished. The body is first worked in the round, and then the stitches are divided in two in order for the front and back pieces to be finished separately. Stitches are picked up along the neckline for the folded neckband which is worked in Half Fisherman’s Rib. Lastly, the sleeve stitches are picked up again and worked in brioche stitch in the round. The pattern includes two sleeve options: Balloon sleeves with a long twisted rib edge or wide sleeves with a similarly wide edge worked in Half Fisherman’s Rib.
A note about sizes
The sweater is designed to have a positive ease of approx. 20-35 cm for sizes A-C and 15-20 cm for sizes D-F, meaning that the circumference of the finished garment (after wash and blocking) should be 20-35 cm (A-C) or 15-20 cm (D-F) wider than your widest upper body measurement.

The level of the FAB jumper is intermediate, and the pattern is written only.
