About the design
The FAB sweater is a chunky, cropped raglan sweater worked from the top down in two-color brioche stitch. The entire sweater is worked on circular needles (15 mm) and due to its raglan construction, it’s knitted in one piece (yes, it eventually gets quite heavy, haha). The i-cord bind-off is used at the bottom of the body as well as the bottom of each sleeve and lastly, stitches are picked up along the cast-on edge at the neckline to create the final i-cord finish. Two-color brioche is a pretty mesmerizing technique - and if you weave in your ends nicely, the sweater can be used inside-out as well. A two-in-one kinda sweater!

A note about size inclusivity:
Because of the chunky, oversized nature of the sweater, I’ve decided to diverge from the “traditional” sizing system and instead write the pattern in two sizes, size 1 and size 2 (see measurements above). The pattern furthermore contains tips as to how to increase the sweater’s circumference even more, if anyone should want to do so.

About the depicted versions:

• My first version is a size 1 with regular sleeves. It’s knitted in The Wool from We Are Knitters in the colors Natural (color A) and Yarnicorn (color B).
• My second version is a size 2 with extra width on the sleeves (the tip for this adjustment is also in the pattern). It’s knitted in Crazy Sexy Wool from Wool and the Gang in the colors Ivory White (color A) and Love Heart Pink (color B).
