Simple-to-follow knitting pattern to knit up a very fluffy duckling toy for Easter.

Worked in soft snowflake yarn and quick to knit, these are just the right size for kids to cuddle.
The pattern uses stocking-stitch and increasing and decreasing stitches. Knitted flat on straight needles, no knitting in the round is needed so it’s suitable for all skill levels.

A selection of inexpensive yarns are recommended in the pattern but you can use any comparable yarns you like. Image shows ducklings knitted in Wendy Peter Pan Precious Chunky (the fluffy yarn- you’ll need one ball per toy) and oddments of Wendy Peter Pan Dk and Stylecraft Bambino Dk for the legs, beak, and scarf. You’ll also need a pair of 4mm straight knitting needles, toy stuffing, darning needle and a pair of 9mm black toy safety eyes (or you can embroider the eyes)

These toys measures 31cm (12.2 inches) from top of head to tip of toes and are super soft!
