These (adorable) security blankets are also known as comforters or loveys. They are part blanket and part toy, perfect for a newborn baby or baby shower gift.

This pattern perfect for those of you who may not have tried popcorn stitch or puff stitch before.

The size of the blanket is approximately 40cm x 40cm and the height of the sheep head is about 12cm. However, this depends on your tension.

The pattern is written in US crochet notations, but I can change this to UK notations on request.

What you will need:
• Crochet hook: 4.5mm
• Stitch marker
• 7mm safety eyes
• Stuffing
• Tapestry needle
• White, grey and black DK yarn
