The Fluidity Life Scarf was inspired by the bohemian atmosphere of the late 1960s and early 1970s, and also by the changing sea colors at sunset, when thoughts come to a halt and give an opportunity just to admire and celebrate how life flows. This vibrant design tries to capture both feelings of joy and contemplation for the free spirited woman of today. Boho revisited. It incorporates garter stitch, lace and drop foam stitch in a simple pattern.

The Fluidity Life Scarf begins in the round with the lace motif and is then worked flat with two pattern repeats of the drop foam stitch. Then stitches are picked up on the opposite side and worked flat in a combination of garter stitch and drop foam stitch. It includes short rows in three sections.

Materials
3 skeins Apple Tree Knits Plush DK in Ziggy Played Guitar; 100% superwash merino, 280 yds (256 m)/ 4 oz (113 g)

US #6 (4mm) circular needles, 36 in (100 cm) long, or size needed to obtain gauge.

Smaller needles for picking up sts (size US #0 (2 mm) were used in sample).
