Flutter By Butterfly is the next in my Celebration Pinwheel Doily Collection. The butterflies are created in the rounds of the pattern using 9 rounds to build the layers. These butterfly pairs look as if they could flap their wings and lift right off the doily.
Flutter By Butterfly measures 15-17 inches in diameter and uses about 450 yds of size 10 thread.

The pattern is presented in 2 columns as I find that easier to track from the end of one line to the beginning of the next line. I also show the round repeats in red to facilitate easy reading. There are 22 pictures to assist in visualizing the instructions.
