This simple wrap can be used to cover bare shoulders during cold evenings. It has a feel of simple elegance that makes it versatile and extremely wearable. The ruffled edges add feminine refinement to a simple accessory.

The construction is simple, with only one chart to follow and the short row ruffled edge is worked along the body for a project with a minimal amount of finishing steps. This project could be a good first short rows project, because of the simplicity of the ruffled edge.
