Flying Foxtail Shawl
Explore the wonders of brioche lace knitting with exaggerated increases in this delightful shawl. Two colors create the graphic brioche ribbing that expands from the top center of the shawl toward the border. The sudden increases are easy to work, but very impactful. The original sample features the soft and smooth Qing Fibre Yak Single yarn, a delicious blend of merino, silk, & yak for the main color. The contrast color is Qing Fibre’s signature textured yarn, Melted Baby Suri alpaca, which adds a soft cloudy quality peeking from the background.
