The Flying Squirrel Snuggler is an adorable amigurumi that is almost no-sew (except to attach the head to the body). Its floppy, unstuffed body makes it the perfect lovey for little ones to cuddle and play with. This versatile pattern can also make a sugar glider by using different yarn colors. It is very poseable as a prop for cute, newborn photoshoots, or as nursery room decor. It’s also a lovely birthday gift, baby shower gift, or Christmas holiday gift for babies, toddlers, and kids. It can be a great addition to any market or craft fair booth. This pattern was designed with faux fur yarn (Feels Like Bliss from Lion Brand Yarns) for a soft and furry stuffed animal. Blanket yarn or chenille velvet yarn can also be used for a plush look. The PDF pattern includes in-line progress photos to help guide you through the doll-making process.

12mm plastic safety eyes

FO = fasten off
MR = magic ring
ch = chain
sk = skip (a stitch)
sl st = slip stitch
sc = single crochet
inc = increase (insert 2 sc in same st)
dec = decrease (sc 2 sts together)
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
dc-inc = double crochet increase (insert 2 dc in same st)
dc-dec = dc decrease (dc 2 sts together)
tr = treble (triple) crochet
