✔ You need:
DK (11 wpi; 8 ply; no 3: Light) yarn (pink) about 120-220g or 276-552 yards; (white) about 90-110g or 207-253 yards
Knitting needles US 4 (3.5 mm) or to obtain gauge 4” x 4” (10 x 10 cm) = 22 sts x 32 rows (in stockinette stitch)
Same size 16” (40 cm) circular or double pointed needles for the collar
