fog and POP is an oversized raglan pullover worked from the top down in garter stitch. The yoke is worked in the round in one piece until the sleeves and body are separated at the underarm. The sleeves are also worked top-down in the round. It is worked alternately using two different sized needles throughout. This method adds a textural interest to the otherwise ordinary garter stitch fabric.
In case you don’t have needles available, you can use the elongated stitch if it matches the gauge.
The elongated stitch is a method that consists in wrapping the yarn around the needle several times in the first row, then dropping it off in the next row. Please do a search on your own for more information.

fog and POP はガーターで編むオーバーサイズのトップダウンのセーターです. 被り口から編み始め, ラグランで増目をしながら脇下まで編み, 袖と身頃を分け, 身頃のみを輪編みで裾まで編みます. その後休ませていた袖目を輪で袖口まで編みます.
二つの大きさの異なるサイズの針を交互に使って編むことで, ガーターの編み地にニュアンスがでました. もし針がない場合は, ゲージが合えば, ドライブ編みで編むという方法もあります. ドライブ編みは, 1 段目で針に何度か糸を巻き, 次の段でそのステッチを落としていく編み方です. 詳細については, ご自身で検索してください.

fog and POP・Fog與POP，是一件由上往下、以起伏針編織的超寬鬆落肩毛衣。從育克(yoke)開始圈織, 直至腋下處分開袖子與身體, 再從袖洞挑針, 由上往下圈織袖子。在編織過程中交替使用兩種不同尺寸的棒針編織，這種方式創造了不同於一般的起伏針的紋路質感。
若手邊沒有現成的針號可以交替編織，在密度正確的情況下，可用伸長針法(elongated stitch)替代。
伸長針法，為將線材繞棒針數次，然後在下一排將其鬆開的特殊針法。再請自行查找更多資訊。
