Pattern Notes

The mushroom tote is worked in the round, and aside from the polka-dots, you will not need to do any sewing. The pattern begins with the stem and works up to the cap, then the reversible mesh bag is worked around the inside of the stem. Please follow all instructions carefully. Photo and written instructions are provided throughout the pattern to clarify the more tedious portions of construction.

Any worsted weight yarn in your desired shades of white and red (or whichever color you prefer for the mushroom cap)

Approximately 200 yards of white
Approximately 50 yards of red
Size US 8/5mm hook (H hook)
Darning needle
