Foliole Sweater
Foliole means “leaflet” and the beautiful vertical leaf lace design updates this simpler sweater into something you’ll want to wear!
With a classic, semi-fitted silhouette and set in sleeves, this style remains versatile and classy with any outfit.
As a designer, I love to use any botanic-themed lace panel and this design is from finally committing to the whole sweater adding just a touch of lacework combined and complemented with a hand dyed yarn,
Classic style, worked bottom up with waist shaping and set in sleeves. Button band is worked at the same time as the body.
Pattern is written with a lace chart, lace is self-maintained after the set up point.
