Folk Art Knitted Fish Ornament
Materials
15 yds of multi-coloured sport weight, double knitting
or worsted weight yarn (merino, silk, ribbon are good)
12 inches of black yarn for the eyes
1 pair 4 or 4.5 mm needles
Tapestry needle
Gauge - 4-4.5 sts per inch - not critical
Finished size - approximately 3.5 inches long and 2 inches high depending on yarn used.
The fish is fun to knit and is stuffed with the yarn ends.
