This unisex scarf is the perfect knit if you like to try out different stitch-patterns:)
It changes between simple Guernsey patterns, slip stitch patterns and stockinette sections; making it a pleasure to knit as well as to watch:)

Construction
The scarf is worked flat and from one side to another.

Sizes
You could easily work the scarf to any size you like (I explain how in the pattern), but the pattern gives three sizes to choose from:
Narrow scarf: width19.25cm/7.5”
Medium scarf: width 28cm/11”
Large scarf: width 36.5cm/14.25”
Length (for all sizes) 146cm/57.5”
The sample is made in size Medium (28cm/7.5”)

Materials
Yarn: I used Wollmeise Pure Merino Superwash, a fingering weight wool that comes in skeins of 150gr/5.29 oz and 525m/574yards. You will need 1/2/2 skeins of this specific yarn. A total of 465/700/935m = 508/765/1022yards off ingering weight yarn is needed. Please note that amount of yarn needed depends on how you knit and the yarn you are using. Needles: I preferred using a circular needle working the scarf. It is much gentler for the hands and elbows, although you could use a pair of straight needles instead. I used needle size 3mm/US2.5, this is a suggestion only. Notions: Cable needle. Tapesty needle. Blocking tools and pins.
