This is the pattern for a food appliqués for a picnic blanket. I do have this pattern available for free on my website if you would prefer that option. The link is down below, but I’ve made it available for people to download as well for $1 on Ravelry.

I’ve used 4 ply cotton and a 1.5mm crochet hook but you can use different sizes depending on what you’re most comfortable with.

• 1 colour of 4 ply crochet cotton for the plate and I used 5 colours for the food.

• A crochet hook, I used a 1.5mm hook.

• Scissors.

• Darning needle to weave in ends.

• Sewing needle and thread to stitch the food together.
