This pattern is for a cute wee monster bag that is felted. Perfect for children to play with and carry or as a project bag with a difference!

The bag is a collaboration between the artist Ali Scott and myself and is hopefully the first of a range of Wee Monsters!

The yarn used is x2 50g Wash and Filz-it! for the main colour and x1 50g Wash and Filz-it! for the contrasting colour.
The finished bag is approx,16cm x 20cm after felting

The bag uses white felt for the teeth a circle of felt in the contrast colour and a scrap of yarn for the eye detail and a spare botton for the other eye.
The needles are 8mm so it is really quick to knit up the pieces

Stitch Guide:
k = knit, p = purl,
k2tog = knit 2 stitches together
p2tog = purl 2 stitches together
ssk = slip 2 stitches onto right-hand needle knitwise then knit 2 stitches together,
Sl1 =slip 1 stitch
Psso = pass slipped stitch over
