These collars are interchangeable between the versions.

All versions use Caron One Pound or similar weight 4 yarn (Bernat Pipsqueak used for Faux Fur in Version 2 collar) and hook size of H, I or J.

The pattern gives very detailed step by step instructions on how to make the sweaters shown, which fit size Small - 3XL, finished chest size of 39” - 54”. To maintain the design elements of the front, a unique method of sizing was created. The different sizes are created by using either a different hook size or changing the type of stitch that is used. If you are new to join as you go granny squares, No Worries. The pattern gives detailed instructions to make the process easy. Also included is a schematic drawing showing front panel squares and suggested order to work the pieces.

The sweater back in Versions 1 - 5 is one solid color. In Version 6 the back is divided, with the top a different color than the bottom. Instructions detail how to work with 2 colors in 1 row…it’s easy! Or you could make the back all one color.

Time spent to make a sweater is approx. 9 days, working on it between 1-2 hours per day.
