For the love of Pinks
A swingy breezy cropped t shirt designed for machine knitting on a standard gauge machine with ribber. This shirt has a garland yoke inspired by the bobbing sea pinks (thrift) against the blue ocean. A very flattering fit, this T-shirt will soon be a day to day favourite.
The colourwork motif is modern and fresh - and designed to show off the lustrous silky hand dyes Merino from Ripples Crafts yarns. It has a beautiful drape, giving a soft easy shape and flattering outline.
The yoke is knit first in tiers, then the body and sleeves are knit off the yoke. Its cropped shape can easily be lengthened to suit.
Sizes available S (M, L, XL) with finished bust circumference of 92 (102, 112, 120) cm, designed to be worn with 5 - 10 cm of ease. The sample in the photo is size XL worn with 10 cm of ease.
Tension
The gauge on the machine is 28 stitches and 35 rows to 10 cm.
