This hat is the third design in the For the Love of Powell series which celebrates our family’s connection to Ireland and Scotland and the rich fiber history connected to those lands.

The finished size of the hat pictured is 11 1/2” tall and 14” around before blocking and 11 1/2” tall and 20” around after blocking. Do not stretch the ribbing on the hat while blocking.

The sample was made with a folded cuff. A hat with a single cuff would require less yarn (approximately 190 yards total).
