For Them Sweater is a unisex garment with two yoke options. It is designed to fit with 7-10cm (3-4in) of positive ease at the bust. It is worked from top down. There are two yoke options to choose from. One is curly with “leaves” and another one is with ribbed “arrows”.

First, the yoke is worked horizontally in rows and joined together with the short sides. Then a textured ridge is added along the bottom edge of the yoke. Then some short rows are worked back and forth to raise the back neck, and the yoke is worked in rows to separation for body and sleeves.

The lower body is worked in rows to bottom. Sleeves are worked top down. The length of the body and sleeves is easily adjustable.

The textured yoke is worked in slip stitch crochet technique with just two general stitches: slip stitch and single crochet worked into back loops only. No intricate stitches! The video tutorial explains the techniques and shows the first rows of the yoke.
