Foreign Accents Hat was designed with all my accent colors. It’s a bright, festive Fair Isle pattern for a well-fitting hat. The corrugated ribbing is knitted with size 2 needles then you switch to size 3 needles for the rest of the hat. There are only 2 colors worked at a time. This is a charted pattern.
