The Forest Berry Dress is a new design in the «Forest Berry» line that started with the Forest Berry Jacket. Inspired by the 1930s and 1940s, and with it’s decorative berry pettern, it makes the perfect item for all the Nordic seasons.
The dress is knit from the bottom upwards, and buttons all the way. It is knit back and forth, while the sleeves are knit in the round and then back and forth when everything is put on the same needle.
Due to the buttons running all the way up the front it can also be used as a coat!
The recomended yarn, Pickles Merino Tweed, lends itself perfectly to the vintage look of the dress, whilst staying soft and comfortable.

Needles: 3mm og 4mm

NOTE ON AVAILABLE SIZES - if you want to knit this, or any of my patterns, in a larger size than I currently have published, please get in touch! The only reason it is not available in larger sizes is I couldn’t get testknitters for those sizes, and I don’t want anyone to pay for a pattern and knit a size thats not been tested. Sizeguide: As the dress is formfitting from bust to hip, taking actual measurements of the knitwear will be fruitless (negative ease). Nevertheless, here is a rough guide based on waistmeasurements;
XS = Up to 64cm waist. S = Up to 74cm waist. M = Up to 86cm waist. L= Up to 102cm waist. XL= Up to 114cm waist.

Amount of yarn: 400g (400g) 500g (500g)

Gauge: 21m = 10cm.

It ranges from sizes XS - XL, but if you are a larger size and want to knit it, please get in touch!
