This pattern was originally designed in 1953 by Annika Malmstrom-Bladini for the Bohus Stickning cooperative in Sweden. The pattern was recreated in 2003 by Solveig Gustafsson. The kit includes color card, chart, and enough yarn to knit a pair of wristlets with a black background.

Design also available as a hat and yoke sweater (pullover or cardigan), with either black or forest green as background.
