This is a border pattern sweater with individual charts stacked one upon the other. Four charts accompany these directions: two for the body, and two for the sleeves. The color palette explores the contrast between lights and darks. Because the colors are gradations of the same palette, it will be useful to make a color card of letters(A-F) and their corresponding yarn equivalents. The sweater is knit from the bottom up, and the first two chards are read from the bottom up, from right to left. The sleeve charts are read from the top down, in order to match the patterns in the sweater body.
