Forest Fawn, Baby Deer Cardigan
Meet Forest Fawn an adorable Little Deer Cardigan to keep Baby warm and toasty.
The woodland warmer cardigan is worked flat from the bottom up, with colourwork motifs on the Fronts. Only small amounts of CC2 and CC4 are used, why not raid your stash? You could use duplicate stitch to work some of the chart details for simplicity.
Looking for a Baby Shower gift, for an autumn baby, the Forest Fawn cardigan is perfect.
There are intarsia charts for the Tree and Deer, as these are relatively small motifs, you could work them using duplicate stitch or add the finer details to them using duplicate stitch. If you have not tried intarsia before, this would be a great first project.
Knit in DK yarn, this raglan style cardigan with rolled hems will fly off the needles in no time at all.
