I created the Forest Floor Cowl and a matching hat as a set for my Grandma. In the future, I will update this pattern so that it has more size options available as this is a rather snug cowl and we all know that “one size” does not necessarily fit all. Apologies that there is only one snug size ready for now.

Skills necessary to complete this project:

• Long tail cast on
• Knitting in the round
• Twisted ribbing (knitting through the back loop)

Finished measurements (approx.):
10.25 inches wide x 10.25 inches long

Gauge:
Twisted Rib (Cuff): 5 sts = 1 inch / 6 rows = 1 inch
Irish Moss Stitch (Body): 9 sts = 2 inches / 6 rows = 1 inch
