Forest Moss cardi
This cardigan is worked top down in the round and is made into a cardigan by cutting a steek.
It was designed with Brooklyn Tweed yarn Loft which is very light and fluffy since it is carded and not combed. I made my second sample in De rerum natura yarn Ulysse which is also carded. If you have a combed yarn in mind for this project you need to move up in weight considerably (DK-Aran).
Sizes and yardages are based on chest circumference and a waist-length body. You can easily make it longer, but then you will need more yarn.
Except circular needles, markers and scrap yarn for holding sleeves after separation you will also need a sewing machine to reinforce the steek. There are photo instructions on how to reinforce and cut the steek, so no need to worry.
Tester difficulty rating: 5/10.
