For sample pair of mittens I used 100% merino yarn, 180 metres per 100 grams. I used 81 grams of yarn. A double knit (DK) weight yarn is recommended. Choose a yarn with approximately 200 – 250 metres per 100 grams. Amount to be used 70 – 85 grams.
