Forever Fibonacci Scarf
by Becky Curran
Although the pattern is EASY, EASY, EASY, to knit, the striping sequence gives it an intriguing look! It is knit utilizing Fibonacci’s number sequence: 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8… The previous two numbers are added together to get the next number in the sequence. In the scarf the number of rows in each color stripe corresponds with this number string. To shake it up a bit, I used 2 different colorways for each end of the scarf! If you’d like a hat to match, check out my Forever Fibonacci Beret pattern!
