Forever in Love Bolero
DIAGRAMS ONLY: both the lace pattern, and the edging are only provided via diagrams.
The general instructions and assembly instructions are both written and with diagrams provided.
NO SEW.
Elegant bolero for special occasions: weddings, celebrations, New Year’s eve etc.
The pattern is easier than it looks. You construct it from a rectangle in the typical way for a bolero. The lace pattern is a fairly easy repeat.
STITCHES USED:
Chain, SC, DC, Puff stitch (or DC Cluster if you hate puff stitches), DC3tog, HDC and HDC in the 3rd loop (you can do back loop if you prefer).
You can adjust it to custom sizing very easily. The gauge is a guideline only.
Sizes: S/M (L/XL+)
Bolero’s measurements: 105 (125) cm wide and 65 cm high (incl. edge)
Yarn requirement: ca. 500 (600) m
Suggested yarn: Yarn that runs ca. 125 m/50 g, or that suits the gauge

Gauge: approx. 18 st in HDC = 10 cm (not super important, as long as you work with the measurements)
Hook size: 4-5 mm (5-6 mm for the starting chain)
