These flowers use up the tiniest scraps of yarn. I have used blue and yellow for Alzheimer’s but you could use this as applique or embellishments in any colour. Use either DK weight yarn with a 4mm hook or 4ply yarn with a 3.5mm hook.

The second comment I received on these was that I’d used the wrong colour blue!!! I was using up stash yarn, so feel free to use a lighter shade of blue if you prefer. The lovely people who bought the flower brooches and hair clips didn’t seem to mind the deeper shade of blue.
