These flowers are perfect for charities and decorative accents. Forget-me-nots are used as a symbol for dementia awareness.

The flowers can be several different colors. Forget-me-nots are usually blue, but they’re also cultivated in lavender, pink, and white. The centers are yellow, but of course you can use whatever colors you like.

These use a Center Double Decrease and Yarn Over (YO) increases, inspired by chevron patterns, and the rows before the CDD should be worked very loosely. They are generally knit in the True Knit stitch, although the pink flower was worked in U-wrap.

Makes a flower about 3 inches across.
