Yarn: 1/2 ounce

Additional materials: from the pattern: “2 tubes of beads if entire top is to be beaded or 1 tube if just 2 bottom rows are to be beaded,” a beading needle, 2 hook-and-eye fasteners, and a crochet hook of appropriate size for the yarn.

The shell is made bottom up in two pieces with side seams. The back has a short placket that fastens at the neck with a hook and eye.

The dress is made in one piece and seamed up the back. It has a 2” slit at the bottom. There is a row of single crochet around the bottom of the dress and a hook and eye at the waist.

Sized for a Barbie-type doll with the 1960s figure (in inches): 5.5/3.125/5. The fit may vary on modern dolls.
