Knit up in a super bulky yarn, Fossil Creek is a quick to knit throw. The majority of the blanket is knit in stockinette stitch, but with the addition of a wide ribbed border & a few repeats of a simple lace pattern; this throw is anything but boring. Although this throw would be beautiful in any color, the sample is reminiscent of the multitude of colors at the bottom of a creek bed, hence the name, Fossil Creek.
