In adult women’s size. Knit mitts are stretchy, they will fit most adult women.
Gauge: 21 st in 4in/10cm in stockinette stitch. Row gauge is not important in this case.
Recommended yarn: any to obtain the gauge. DK for regular look, or thinner yarn on larger needles for daintier look. Yarn in two colors – one for the contracting front part, one in the main color.
You will need: yarn, knitting needles, darning needle to weave in the yarn ends and to sew the side seam.
Mitts are knit flat.

A note regarding the pattern name: 4 hours is the average time it took my testers to make one mitt! Yet please keep in mind that your knitting time may vary, as there are people who knit super-fast, and then there are some who love doing it slowly. There is no right way to knit, and there is no right speed to knit at!
