For best results with this pattern, you will need to be familiar with the following stitches:
slip stitch
chaining
single crochet (UK double)
half double crochet (UK half treble)
double crochet (UK treble)
triple crochet (UK double treble)
I do use the magic circle, but you could use a chain circle instead - I include this in the instructions.

Materials needed: Embroidery floss in green, white and orange, and a size 7 steel hook (1.65 mm) or a similar sized hook and thread.
