A simple but effective 4 section cabled cowl that knits up in under 100g. This quick chunky knit creates a warm and stylish accessory for cold wintry days. After cast on the stitches are joined in the round and the 10 round pattern repeat is knit across 16 stitches creating a cable offset.

This pattern has been written up from my project notes and could be adapted for different yarns and sizes. I’m also considering using the 4 section cable stitch pattern to make myself a pair of matching mittens.
