This cowl is a fun and bright piece that will brighten up any cold winter day! If you follow along with us @knittersinternational on Instagram, or if you have listened to the podcast, you will know that I love wearing almost any color but especially bright colors. This cowl is also knit to match our Frostnip Mittens, which we talked about in episodes 3 and 4 of the Knitter’s International Podcast and you can find the FREE mitten pattern here on Ravelry.

The nicest feature of this cowl is, it can be worn four different ways, hence the name. You can read more about styling our four way cowl on the blog. It will keep you snuggly warm on the coldest winter days.

For this design and pattern, we chose to hold a worsted weight wool yarn together with a fingering weight wool/nylon blend, to make an extra warm and cozy cowl. This cowl was designed using the three different colors featured in one of our favorite projects – our Frostnip Mittens. These bright and bold colors are super fun to knit with and wear.
