As written the finished hat is intended for a 20” head and comes out to an 18” circumference with 2” of built in negative ease.

Included in the PDF on Ravelry are a few extra options for the colorwork faces. Choose to use black nowhere, for the nose, for the eyes, or for the nose and eyes.
