These cosy fairisle mitts are worked in the round from cuff to palm and feature a repeating fox pattern. Knitted in a supersoft alpaca mix – perfect for winter. They have a ribbed cuff and palm edge.

They have been designed to have a simple pattern with minimal rows requiring floats to be caught, so they’re perfect for beginners to colourwork, as well as being a quick and enjoyable knit for more experienced knitters.

A pair of mitts can be knitted with one 50g ball of each colour of 4-ply yarn, leaving plenty to spare for other projects, so they are affordable to make and make perfect gifts.

Suggested yarn: Drops Nord 4 Ply - 45% Alpaca; 30% Polyamide; 25% Wool; 50g/ball. 1 ball of each colour required to make a pair of mitts, but you will have plenty left over for other projects.
Shown in shades Black (02); Dark Grey Mix (06); Off White (01); and Rust Mix (11)
