This little fox was made with Stylecraft Special DK in shade 1723 Tomato. You will also need small amounts of black and white.
Gold coloured thread or split yarn will be needed to embroider the eyes. Toy stuffing will be needed for the head and tail.

The head,body and tail are worked in the round while the legs are worked flat and sewn up.

The stitches used are double crochet, double crochet 2 together, half trebles, trebles and slip stitch. The pattern also includes working into the front loops only.

The two colour muzzle is a lttle bit tricky as it is necessary to carry yarn across the back so the pattern would probably not be suitable for a beginner - unless the muzzle is worked in one colour only.
