The foxy headband pattern calls for the following materials:

• a pair of knitting needles size 6
• russet-orange (approx. 50 yards) and cream (approx. 30 yards) wool yarn, light worsted
• A brown and black tortoiseshell headband
• tapestry (sewing) needle

Quick enough to complete in an afternoon. Using a crystal-clear pattern, you will master the following techniques:
casting on
intarsia (a fancy word for knitting with two different color yarns – you’ll love it)
increasing by knitting into the front and back (kfb)
