These are simple child’s mittlets without thumbs or thumb openings. The figures are made with four-color stranded knitting but you can use only two (orange and green) and embroider white and black details afterwards.

I made these for my three-and-a-half-year-old daughter who is 105 cm tall. The widest circumference of the mittlet is 16 cm. The figure part is 5 cm and ribbing is 8 cm.

I used leftovers of Novita Florica (yardage 163 m/50 g). My gauge was 24 stitches and 30 rows/10 cm in the stranded section. I used size 3,0 double point needles. The mittlets took about 60 m of yarn. You can adjust size by changing needle size and/or yarn weight.
