This pattern features the iconic Leg Lamp from the movie “The Christmas Story”, and will create an overlay mosaic crochet square that can be used in other types of projects, such as blankets, pillows, totes, place mats, wall hangings, etc.

This PDF has a fully marked chart along with written row by row instructions.

Any yarn or hook will work, depending on the desired size of the finished square. I normally use yarn weight of 4 with a 5.5 hook, which creates a square of 13.5” x 13”. This comes out to approximately 4 oz of yarn, total.
